IN FACILITY
IN FACILITY
When larger, more complex repairs or modifications are needed, K&W Technical Services can provide In Facility services. K&W offers onsite evaluations and provides itemized estimates for your specific scope of work, with the support of experienced associated colleagues. We can acquire replacement parts and equipment, and perform all repairs in your own facility, returning your out of date striper to a fully functioning modern piece of equipment. This will increase production and make your striper more cost effective to operate and maintain. When necessary, K&W can also provide or arrange transportation for your striper.
Our In Facility services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Chassis replacement (customer provided chassis or K&W can assist in finding the right replacement)
- Major striping deck component replacement (compressors, auxiliary engines, hydraulic systems)
- Plural Component product conversion (epoxies, polyurea, MMA mix ratios)
- Complete striping deck rebuilds
- Multi-System upgrades (timing, electrical, hydraulic, safety lighting, reflective product dispensing, drying agent dispensing).
